Tijdens deze workshop ontdek je hoe boogschieten in verschillende culturen beoefend wordt en krijg je de kans om onder begeleiding van een expert verschillende technieken uit te proberen en te verbeteren.

Hoewel boogschieten vandaag de dag voornamelijk als sport beoefend wordt, blijft het in sommige delen van de wereld een werktuig voor het overleven. Het heeft daarom ook een belangrijke rol gespeeld in avontuurlijke delen van ons verleden.

Een Natureluur-feestje duurt maximaal 4 uur en is als volgt opgebouwd:
- Deel A: Maximaal 1 uur voor ontvangst met assistentie van een gastheer of gastvrouw van De Natureluur.
- Deel B: 2 uur voor een kennismaking met traditioneel boogschieten met een ervaren gids.
- Deel C: Maximaal 1 uur voor ontspanning en/of vrij spel na de activiteit onder begeleiding van een gastheer of gastvrouw van De Natureluur.

During this workshop, you will discover how archery is practiced in different cultures and have the opportunity to try and improve various techniques under the guidance of an expert.

Although archery is mainly practiced as a sport today, in some parts of the world it remains a tool for survival. Therefore, it has also played an important role in adventurous parts of our past.

A Natureluur party lasts up to 4 hours and is structured as follows:
- Part A: Up to 1 hour for reception with assistance from a host or hostess from The Natureluur.
- Part B: 2 hours for an introduction to traditional archery with an experienced guide.
- Part C: Up to 1 hour for relaxation and/or free play after the activity with the assistance of a host or hostess from De Natureluur.

Tijdens deze workshop leer je hoe je een volledig functionele boog maakt van natuurlijke materialen. Boogschieten is in de moderne tijd een populaire sport geworden. In sommige delen van de wereld wordt de boog echter nog steeds gebruikt als een middel om te overleven. Boogschieten speelde ook een belangrijke rol in de avontuurlijke delen van onze geschiedenis.

- Deel A: Maximaal 1 uur voor ontvangst met assistentie van een Natureluur-gastheer of -vrouw.
- Deel B: 2 uur Basisworkshop strikken maken met een ervaren gids, inclusief:
- 1,5 uur voor het maken en versieren van bogen
- 30 minuten voor traditioneel boogschieten
- Deel C: Maximaal 1 uur voor afterparty en/of vrij spel met assistentie van een Natureluur gastheer of gastvrouw.

During this workshop, you'll learn how to make a fully functional bow from natural materials. Archery has become a popular sport in modern times. However, in some parts of the world, the bow is still used as a tool for survival. Archery also played a significant role in the adventurous parts of our history.

Tijdens dit feestje ga je aan de slag als een echte (jonge) bioloog, met een loep, speurkaarten, netjes, bakjes, verrekijkers en meer! Je leert over planten en ontdekt welke beestjes en vogels er leven in het Sloterpark en waar ze zich verstoppen. We gaan op zoek naar spinnen en andere grote en kleine bos- en parkdieren, zowel boven- als ondergronds, en bestuderen allerlei kleine bodemdiertjes in spelvorm.

Een Natureluur feest duurt maximaal 4 uur en is als volgt opgebouwd:
- Deel A: Maximaal 1 uur ontvangst met ondersteuning van een gastvrouw of gastheer van De Natureluur
- Deel B: 2 uur Boswachterfeest met ervaren begeleider

During this party you will get to work like a real (young) biologist, with a magnifying glass, tracking cards, nets, trays, binoculars and more! You will learn about plants and discover which critters and birds live in Sloterpark and where they hide. We'll look for spiders and other large and small forest and park animals, both above and below ground, and study all kinds of small soil creatures in game form.

A Natureluur party lasts up to 4 hours and is structured as follows:
- Part A: 1 hour maximum reception with support from a hostess or host of The Natureluur
- Part B: 2 hours ranger party with experienced guide

Tijdens dit feestje ga je aan de slag als een echte (jonge) bioloog. Je krijgt allerlei hulpmiddelen zoals een loep, speurkaartjes, eventueel netjes, bakjes, verrekijkers en meer om te gebruiken. Je leert over planten en ontdekt en onderzoekt welke beestjes of vogels er in het Sloterpark leven en waar ze zich verstoppen.

We gaan op zoek naar grote en kleine bos- en parkbeestjes, zowel bovengronds als ondergronds. Ook bestuderen we kleine bodemdiertjes en leer je hoe je kleine sporen kunt zoeken en herkennen. Dit doen we door in bomen te klimmen, langs sloten te lopen, laag bij de grond te zoeken en in holen te speuren.

You will learn about plants and discover and investigate which critters or birds live in Sloterpark and where they hide.

We will look for large and small forest and park critters, both above ground and underground. We will also study small soil creatures and learn how to look for and recognize small tracks. We do this by climbing trees, walking along ditches, searching low to the ground and searching in burrows.

Het spelen van Minecraft op de computer is al leuk, maar in het echt is het nog veel spannender! Bij ons feestje word je ontvangen met enge muziek en verdeel je de groep in teams. Elk team maakt een fort in het bos en maakt zelf wapens met zakmessen, zagen, touw en tape.

Wanneer het donker wordt, gaat de enge muziek weer aan. Twee kinderen van elk team worden monsters en vallen het fort van het andere team aan. Maar het andere team verdedigt zich en het is niet gemakkelijk om het fort te veroveren. Wanneer de muziek stopt, worden de monsters weer teamleden en kunnen ze hun fort en wapens repareren of verder bouwen. Maar dan wordt het weer nacht en begint het spel opnieuw! 

Tijdens het spel werken de kinderen zelfstandig met gereedschap, werken ze samen, bedenken ze strategieën en mogen ze in overleg zelf de spelregels aanpassen. Dit creatieve bosspel is super leuk voor feestjes, schoolreisjes, bso-activiteiten of evenementen.

Playing Minecraft on the computer is already fun, but it's even more exciting in real life! At our party, you will be welcomed with scary music and divide the group into teams. Each team makes a fort in the forest and makes their own weapons with pocket knives, saws, rope and tape.

When it gets dark, the scary music comes back on. Two children from each team become monsters and attack the other team's fort. But the other team defends itself and it is not easy to capture the fort. When the music stops, the monsters become team members again and can repair or continue building their fort and weapons. But then night falls again and the game begins again! 

During the game, children work independently with tools, collaborate, devise strategies and are allowed to change the game rules by mutual agreement. This creative forest game is super fun for parties, school trips, bso activities or events.

Vier je verjaardag in de Natureluur met één of zelfs twee echte Shetlander pony's! Tijdens het feestje leer je van de ponytrainer enkele basisprincipes van ponyrijden en -verzorging, zoals vachtverzorging, veilig op- en afstappen, dierenvoeding, gevoel voor pony's en het plezier van rijden.

Samen met de ponytrainer kun je twee uur lang met al je vriendjes en vriendinnetjes ponyrijden door het prachtige Sloterpark, de Natureluur en het Ruige Riet, met als vertrek- en eindpunt de natuurspeeltuin van de Natureluur. Als je een speciaal thema hebt voor je feestje, kunnen de pony's extra feestelijk verkleed komen, bijvoorbeeld als eenhoorn, koe of in camouflage-outfit.

**Vanwege de leeftijd van de kinderen is het verplicht dat één van de ouders of begeleiders meeloopt met de ponytrainer tijdens het rijden.**

Celebrate your birthday at the Natureluur with one or even two real Shetlander ponies! During the party you will learn from the pony trainer some basics of pony riding and care, such as coat care, safe mounting and dismounting, animal nutrition, feeling for ponies and the fun of riding.

Together with the pony trainer you can spend two hours pony riding with all your friends through the beautiful Sloterpark, the Natureluur and the Ruige Riet, starting and ending at the Natureluur nature playground. If you have a special theme for your party, the ponies can come extra festively dressed up, for example as a unicorn, cow or in camouflage outfit.

**Because of the age of the children, it is mandatory that one of the parents or supervisors accompany the pony trainer during the riding.**

Bij dit feestje staat alles in het teken van verhalen en avonturen! Tijdens een verhalensafari door het Ruige Riet of de Heemtuin komen sterke verhalen tot leven. Samen met een gids ga je op ontdekkingstocht door het bos en verzamel je schatten waarmee je bijvoorbeeld een verhalenstok kunt maken. Onderweg ontdek je dat de natuur zelf ook vol verhalen zit. De gids vertelt bijvoorbeeld over dieren uit het bos of over de oorsprong van namen van planten en bloemen. Na afloop bij het kampvuur is er volop gelegenheid voor iedereen om zijn of haar eigen verhaal te vertellen en grappen te maken.

This party is all about stories and adventures! During a story safari through the Ruige Riet or the Heemtuin strong stories come to life. Together with a guide you will explore the forest and collect treasures with which you can, for example, make a story stick. Along the way you will discover that nature itself is also full of stories. The guide tells for example about animals from the forest or about the origin of names of plants and flowers. Afterwards at the campfire there is plenty of opportunity for everyone to tell their own stories and make jokes.

De Natureluur is een natuurspeeltuin waar de natuur van het Sloterpark gecombineerd wordt met uitdagende speeltoestellen. Kinderen kunnen hier spelen met water, leren over de planten en dieren die leven in het park en op een speelse manier het park ontdekken en gebruiken. De speeltuin is openbaar toegankelijk, dus je kunt altijd langskomen om te spelen.

Als je binnenkort jarig bent, kun je bij De Natureluur kiezen uit een verscheidenheid aan geweldige feestjes.

The Natureluur is a nature playground where the nature of the Sloterpark is combined with challenging playground equipment. Here children can play with water, learn about the plants and animals that live in the park and discover and use the park in a playful way. The playground is publicly accessible, so you can stop by anytime to play.
